Barsy win in Parnu

PARNU ‒ Barsy improved to a 5-6 mark in Group B after claiming an 84-52 victory against Parnu on the road in Estonia on Wednesday evening.

The visitors pulled away already in the first quarter, taking a 20-9 lead after Donte Hill’s lay-up seven minutes into the game.


Barsy went on to finish the period with a 25-16 lead, increasing the gap to 16 points in the second quarter.

The guests from Kazakhstan went on a 14-0 spurt in the fourth quarter to pull away to a 53-26 advantage to decide the outcome of the game for good.

Mikhail Yevstigneev paced the winners with 20 points, while Donte Hill was the only scorer in double digits with 17 for Barsy.

For Parnu, Rannar Raadik scored 10 and Vladzimir Krysevich added 9 points to go with six rebounds.
