After a 9-0 run midway through the third quarter, Jekabpils increased the gap to 63-38 and answered all the essential questions even before the start of the final period.
Troy Barnies put together another impressive display, finishing the game with 21 points, five rebounds and six assists, Pavels Veselovs had 18 points, while Martins Kravcenko added 12.
Kaido Saks and Reimo Tamm collected 17 points apiece for Tallinna Kalev, while Renato Lidmets was the only other player in double digits for the visitors.
