While Barons/LDz‘s spark in the second quarter might have brought some fire into the game, it was extinguished right after the break, when the Lithuanians soared to a game-high 33-point lead.
Lietkabelis hammered in the final nails into the coffin in the final period and celebrated a huge Group A victory.
Arnas Labuckas and Jermaine Love were the top scorers for Lietkabelis, as they tallied 18 points apiece. Brandon Wood chipped in with 16 points, while Valdas Vasylius finished the game with 15.
Both of Barons/LDz’s leading scorers came off the bench, as Malcolm Rhett tallied 13 points, while Jason Calliste added 12.
