Rapla had a tough start to the game, as the visitors shot ahead 11-2 in the first couple of minutes. However, they stopped there, and the Estonian side managed to catch up a bit to end the quarter down by seven, 14-7.
For the second period, it was firstly Rapla who had the chance to tie things up, with the scoreboard showing 20-20 in the second half of the quarter. However, once again it was Tsmoki shining at the end of the period - they ran off to a 11-3 finish and entered halftime with an eight point advantage.
It was all Rapla in the third quarter, as the home side had the better end of the quarter, managing to erase the deficit and jump ahead by a point before the final segment.
The teams went back and forth for the remainder of the game and the winner was solved in the final seconds. Devonte Upson was the man who pulled Rapla to victory, as he scored an and-one with half a minute to go, to push his team ahead by two. After Tsmoki evened the scored, Upson once again took matters to his own hands, as he picked up a rebound with three seconds to go and a go-ahead basket to follow.
Upson ended the game with 13 points and 11 rebounds, while the top scorer in Rapla was Nolan Cressler with 17 points.
Viktar Ausepian was the leading scorer for Tsmoki with 14 points and 8 boards.
