Tsmoki pushed to 0-4 in Parnu

PARNU - There were no surprises in Parnu, as the hosting Port of Parnu made sure that Tsmoki would be held win-less. After getting ahead in the second quarter, Parnu finished off strong and secured a 96-77 win.

The first quarter was as tight as it gets, with teams swinging blows back and forth with no results - the score was tied at 19.

An 18-4 run to start the second quarter helped Parnu set some space aside from their opponents, but a timeout was called and that helped slow things down for the visitors. They responded with 7 consecutive points to cut the deficit in half. Nevertheless, the hosts managed to close out the quarter with a three-pointer to raise the margin to double-digits.

Tsmoki managed to cut the margin to just three points in the middle of the third quarter, but once again were unable to hang on until the end - Parnu finished the third segment strong and entered the final ten minutes with 11 points to spare.

Upping their lead early, the Estonians set themselves up for a stress-free finish, going on to win by 19.

Mikhel Kirves was Parnu's highest scorer, as he dropped 25 points with terrific accuracy. Karl Martin Kask added 15 points and 8 rebounds, Saimon Sutt chipped in with 13, whereas Karl Johan Lips finished the game with a dozen points.
